Introducing the NEW Texas 4-H Roundup THEME Contest!
Over the past four years 4-H members have had the opportunity to create and design the theme and logo for Texas 4-H Roundup. And this has been the brand of Texas 4-H Roundup. We’re looking for some FRESH ideas for new classes and study guides for the Consumer Education/Consumer Decision Making Judging Contest! We’ve seen classes on digital media players, cell phone plans, digital cameras, watches, jeans and so much more over the years. What do you want to see now? Texas 4-H Recordbook Results announced!
Congratulations to our 27 District 8 4-H members who qualified for Texas 4-H Recordbook Judging! Judging was held on Monday and results are in…. We had two first place winners which will give them the opportunity to represent District 8 4-H at the Texas 4-H Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C. in November. Grab your camera and go! The 2013 D8 4-H Photography Guidelines have just been released! Check with your local County Extension Office for exact deadlines because they vary by county. And remember – only one photo per age division per category can advance to the District Contest so it must first qualify at the county level.
