The District 8 4-H Photography Contest is just around the corner! Check out the categories, score sheet, and additional rules on the D8 4-H Photography Contest page. Check with your County Extension Agent for county deadlines. Remember: photos must qualify through the county level first! Photos will be on display at District 8 4-H Roundup in Meridian on Saturday, April 18.
State Fair of Texas – Now Accepting Scholarship Applications!
The State Fair of Texas is now accepting scholarship applications! Applications for graduating high school seniors will be accepted from January 2 – March 1, 2015. Youth Livestock Scholarships The State Fair of Texas awards $5,000 scholarship to selected applicants who have participated in specific Youth Livestock competitive events held at the State Fair of Texas at Fair Park in Dallas.
