Attention all Consumer Education project members! The 2014 Texas 4-H Consumer Decision Making Judging Contest Study Guides – including the categories and descriptions – have just been released!
There are some “old” and some new categories this year from the state level. Here’s the list:
- Jeans
- Western Boots
- Computers
- Digital Cameras
- Printers
- Televisions
- Nutritious Snacks
- Fast Food Meals
- Cookware
- Outdoor Equipment
You can find the Study Guides on the Texas 4-H website on the Texas 4-H Consumer Decision Making Judging Contest page or on the District 8 4-H website on the D8 Consumer Decision Making Judging Contest page.
The specific classes that will be offered at the District 8 contest have not been decided yet. However, as soon as they are, we’ll send a note to your County Extension Agent and update the D8 CDM webpage.
