4-H MEMBERS ARE MAKING THE DIFFERENCE!

Thank you Texas 4-H members, parents, volunteers, and leaders! Because of your great response the 2013 one day 4-H is on track to be the largest one yet!

Here are the facts as of Tuesday morning:

234 projects are registered (264 is the record – we can beat this number!)
10,893 youth and adults scheduled to help (11,610 were involved in 2010 – let’s top this number – go recruit your friends so you can say you were part of the largest day of 4-H community service in the country in 2013!
8,347 one day 4-H t-shirts sold (The highest has been 1,740 – get ready Texas – our 4-H members are going to be showing their community service pride!!!)
128 counties and all 12 districts participating

Is your county listed below? If not, you can sign up as an individual, find some members of your 4-H club, or contact some friends and organize your own community service project – there is still time!

4-H members and clubs you still have time to get your 2013 one day 4-H project signed up! But, the deadline is this Wednesday, October 2nd! If you or your group has not signed up yet, please go to the One Day 4-H website and register your group. We will download our final registration on Thursday morning for our state-wide media push – and we want your project in that media push!
