Do YOU pledge your health to better living?Calling all teens to show us your plan on how to tackle health challenges in your family, school, or community.  Submit a 90-second video or vote on your favorite. Must be 13-19 years old at the time of the promotion.

There is a $1000 Grand Prize and you’ll be featured in a national video!  There will will also be $2500 for your youth program or classroom.  Plus, the Top 5 finalists win $500 cash!
