The Texas 4-H & Youth Development program is excited to announce some major changes have been made in both the submission process and photography categories for this year!  These changes will add a new dimension as well as provide greater opportunity for our 4-H members to demonstrate their skills in both photography and photography development.  All submissions for the STATE contest will be done electronically and will not require the expense of printing, mounting, and mailing photos for the contest.

Because of these changes we ask that you please take some time from your schedule to read and review the rules so all questions you may receive can be answered correctly.  This information will be posted on the 4-H and Youth Development Photography page shortly.
