Results are in from the District 8 4-H Photography Contest.  Judging was held Wednesday in Waco and all 517 photos were evaluated.  Qualified photos will be awarded a Blue, Red, or White ribbons.  A “Best of Show” winner was selected in each of the three age divisions:  Junior, Intermediate, Senior.  Additionally, a “Spirit of 4-H” winner was chosen overall.

Junior Best of Show – Brandt Moore, Somervell County, Animals – Wildlife Category

Intermediate Best of Show -Christian Coffman, Bell County, Digital Darkroom Category

Senior Best of Show – Jennifer Murphy, Johnson County, Catch-All Category

Spirit of 4-H -Cody Carroll, Navarro County, Senior, Catch-All Category

After we finish printing the displays, the photos will be showcased during the Heart O’ Texas Fair October 4-13 in the Creative Arts Building.  Go by and check them out!
